Our Leadership
Empowering Communities, Transforming Futures
At RiseHer Initiative (RI), we believe that lasting change begins when communities are empowered with opportunity, knowledge, and resilience. As a national organization based in Juba, our mission is to support vulnerable communities—women, men, girls, and boys—through inclusive education, health and nutrition programs, and sustainable livelihoods.
Through innovation, data-driven solutions, and strong community partnerships, we work to build resilience, expand economic opportunities, and ensure no one is left behind.
Together with our partners and communities, we are shaping a future where every individual has the chance to thrive with dignity, hope, and opportunity.

IMPACT, DATA & ACCOUNTABILITY
Our Commitment to Accountability
RiseHer Initiative believes that accountability is essential for building trust with communities, donors, and partners.
Our programs are designed with strong monitoring and evaluation systems to track results and improve impact.
Data-Driven Development
RI promotes the use of data to inform decisions and strengthen program effectiveness.
We collect and analyze data through:
- Baseline surveys
- Community monitoring systems
- Mobile data collection tools
- Digital beneficiary databases
This allows us to understand community needs and measure progress.
Community Participation
Communities play an active role in monitoring programs.
Through community dashboards and youth data clubs, young people and local leaders participate in collecting and analyzing development data.
This strengthens transparency and local ownership of development initiatives.
Monitoring and Evaluation
RI conducts regular evaluations to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Monitoring includes:
- Tracking service delivery
- Measuring program outcomes
- Collecting community feedback
- Conducting impact assessments
These processes ensure resources are used efficiently and programs achieve meaningful results.
